Our goal is to provide an ongoing, supportive and coaching relationship with families so they can participate competently in any event or stage of their loved ones recovery or illness cycle. That means teaching parents new to mental healthcare how to find, vet, and hire the right evaluator or therapist for a loved one with emerging psychiatric or addiction issues; helping a parent or spouse understand and deal with their local police or mobile crisis resources to keep someone safe or de-escalate a distress event; or teaching families how to participate in or direct discharge planning from a hospital or facility to ensure they are included and not part of a "patient dump". Through our community, we want to follow families through their journey of building their skills, staminas and supports.
We commit to being an ethical actor in the mental health marketplace. We will exist to deliver quality of life outcomes for our users. Our measured outcomes with our members will be the mental health, confidence, and ability of our members to manage their lives and their loved ones' recovery.
